Chapter 1- The Origins of Zamolxis Untanglingthe Myth We have been educated to use our minds in a certain way so as to go unnoticed, to stay within a focal point of our reality by recognizing ourselves as just a pinpoint of fundamental life. What if you were to remove the blanket made of pinpoints and how you define yourself and move from an aperture of light into the frequency of Total Light? This book is about Zamolxis and the Flower of Life. In short, may it be known that Zamolxis was not a man; this name, and its many derivations, could have been a story derived from ancient tribes which were positioned in a perfect environment of cosmic connection and gateway to Universal Time Frequency. It can also be possible that Zamolxis was neither a Dacian and thus, has no ties to tradition, patriotic values, political systems, nor religious characters. There cannot exist any philosophical or historical debates nor conclusions to any thesis unless one can see the Zamolxis as Universal in nature. The best advice I can give the reader of this material is to listen to no word I write or say so that understanding can arise through intending unrealistic elements to aid in the coherent comprehension of reality. You may decide to listen or to read some portions of this material and come to the realization that the whole point of being alive can be to go along with any form of particular energy manifestation that arises in the moment and which intrigues you, and to then become it.
Let’s now get straight to the point: All ancient peoples had an affinity with the constellations and some cultures or civilizations had a closer relationship to the stars than others. One of these civilizations was named the "Dacians". There were cultural groups before them however, this particular civilization seemed to have had their system in alignment at the same time when the Greeks were using the written word to explore the world, to learn about and integrate their systems. This can be a bold statement to make since most of our knowledge of the stars and the gods/goddesses are considered to be based in Greek mythology. Most advanced civilizations did not use the written word; they used pictographs and stories through the spoken word, and this can be one of the reasons why there is not much information existing about the Dacians. We know the Greeks wrote about the Dacians because there are many records and much multidisciplinary research to prove it. Also, it’s possible that they adopted a lot of what the Dacians were creating through their stories during the time of rule of King Burebista and his adviser, the priest Deceneu. One important example of this cross-cultural adoption of ancient mythos is related to the constellation Pleiades and its ‘’7 sisters’’. Back in those days, the sky was clearer and it was much easier to see the constellations visibly. Some may have seen 5 stars or 6 but the cleaner eyes would have seen 7, 8 and even 9 stars that make up this particular constellation
There have been sensational discoveries in Romania, in the lands where the Dacians once walked, of artifacts made of gold, silver and bronze, which depict constellations. An example: Earrings with swastika and spiral motifs that could have resembled the astronomical movements of the Big Dipper constellation. According to some research, at one time the Big Dipper and the Pleiades were in exact alignment. The infamous gold spiral bracelets that were found at the capital fortress Sarmizegetusa Regia, look like serpents or dragons with 7 seals inscribed. Were these bracelets worn by the people of this mysterious civilization? Large circular metal disks were also found: 7 of them made from silver, some depicting female deities with wings on their back. Countless more artefacts would correlate this civilization’s knowledge of Zamolxis to the 7 Goddesses, and their parents: Bendis who ruled the moon and the animals of the earth, and Gebeleizis who manifested lightning and thunder to feed the earth through his sun-like radiance. The Greeks would adopt this constellation as Pleiades, with their parents: Pleione who ruled the waters and herds of animals, and Atlas who ruled the sky and astronomy and carried the earth on his shoulders. At one of the Dacian fortresses named Costesti, an artifact depicting the head of a goddess was discovered, and at Sarmizegetusa Regia, a burnt clay medallion depicting a bust of the goddess with the arrow of arrows on her shoulder. Also, at the Piatra Rosie Dacian fortress, the goddess’ bronze bust was uncovered.
Apart from the great God Gebeleizis and the great Goddess Bendis, we need not spend too much time on the history of Zamolxis because of its lack of conclusive evidence. I would like to address the Astronomical Order and the messages that the priest Deceneu and his king Burebista might have been teaching about during their reign. Once again, few clues and specific information have reached our day, but I gather that the correlations between cultures are very significant. I base this upon my studies having lived with other tribes in the world whose cosmology was centered on the Pleiadian constellation. I will mention 4 tribes of the many with whom I studied: the Mayans in Mexico, the Chavine of Peru, the Beduins in Egypt, and the Vedic Brahman from India. They all told a similar story about this constellation that they called Rattle Snake or Snake Tail or Dragon. They also told stories about their ancestors who lived forever as reincarnating souls thus, having no fear of death and leading their lives along the sure balanced path of the “in-between” since they had knowledge of their way back home to this constellation in the sky.
Significantly, the Dacians portrayed an animal totem that seems to represent a dragon- the “Dracon”. During modern Romanian times, the totem has been altered and changed into a Wolf in order to keep some peace with religious influences. From an esoteric or spiritual point of view, the Pleiades constellation acts as the midway point or Transfer Station for all Universal energies. These high intensity energies from the cosmos pass through the wavelengths of this constellation and are converted so as to ensure that when they enter the earth’s atmosphere, they can be easier for our consciousness level to assimilate, hence the teachings of the Middle Path or the Neutral Point of reality and science. This midway station was essentially named Zamolxis. In other words, the Zamolxis can be seen as the “Volume Control”. The Greeks only expressed this constellation through mythology, alluding to it as Pleiades; the Dacians actually embodied a living knowledge of it as their version, Zamolxis. In their age, the location of the Orastie Mountains and their valleys could have been the most rewarding astronomical location to construct networks and systems of cities, temples and fortresses. This physically and spiritually evolved tribe did this work on the ground by following and charting the movements of the stars and planets according to the focal point Zamolxis.
The physical mirror on earth of the stars within Zamolxis, during the first century BCE, could have been built into form as what the Romanians now call the 7 surviving Dacian sanctuaries and fortresses: , Sarmizegetusa Regia, Costesti-Cetatuie, Costesti-Blidaru, Fetele Albe, Luncani-Piatra Rosie, Banita, and Capalna; all placed in alignment with their sacred mountain, Godeanu (Godeanu potentially representing the location of what many researchers consider to be the infamous “Kogaion”, the Dacian’s sacred mountain). Each of these locations could have corresponded to a level of initiation where each student would experience the knowledge of the esoteric values within the Dragon School of the Order of Zamolxis. Upon graduation from the specific level of initiation, the adepts could have been granted a bracelet in the shape of the dragon, the number of seals upon the bracelet representing the degree of knowledge attained about the 7 Sisters in the sky. All of the Dacian’s spiritual knowledge and astronomical wisdom could have developed during this heightened era of king Burebista and Deceneu, until Burebista fell to assassination and the throne was passed on all the way to the time of king Decebal. Decebal, the last king’s possible witlessness towards this higher evolution-based education was buried deep within hidden treasure vaults in the earth and has since been lost due to the fall of this civilization through the Roman Empire’s influence. We can next formulate this macrocosmic story on the microcosmic level, in terms of the Human Organism. The midway point or Neutrality State can bring our Organism into a state of homeostasis. The chaos generated by either the Left or Right Path of the Brain/Body leads to the depletion of Prana (Life Force). When we are connected to the In-Between Point, we can have an understanding of the Aura, our spiritual essence of Mana (Magical Force).
